Wickes is seeking a Field Installation Manager to lead our network of Wickes Approved Installers within a defined area, aiming to maximise profitability and ensure service levels meet and exceed customer expectations.
You will lead installers, manage SLAs, control costs, ensure legal and safety compliance, develop strong stakeholder relationships, and drive installation standards through site visits, with a focus on continuous improvement across the installation network.
