What you will do:

Lead and manage the MASH social work team, ensuring effective delivery of services. Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to assess and respond to safeguarding concerns. Oversee the referral process, maintaining an efficient and responsive system. Provide expert advice and guidance to social workers and other professionals within the hub. Monitor team performance and development, conducting regular supervision and appraisals. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and best practices in child protection.
