Social Worker - Family Help and Multi-Agency Child Protection Teams

Every day, our colleagues work alongside children, young people and families to create lasting change, helping, supporting and safeguarding children through creative, relationship-based practice.

Our Family Help teams work with children, young people and families at the earliest opportunity, helping to reduce risk, build on strengths and create positive, sustainable change. We believe that families are often best placed to identify solutions when they receive the right support, and our practice is centred on building trusted relationships and strengthening family networks.

Our Multi-Agency Child Protection Teams support children who require statutory intervention, child protection planning, pre-proceedings and court work. These teams are focused on ensuring children are safe, protected and supported to achieve positive outcomes.

This is a Site-Based role, and you’ll be expected to work from the designated workplace. Interviews will be held on a rolling basis throughout the advertising period. Suitable candidates may be invited to interview as applications are received.
