About you

You’ll share our passion for supporting people through both the challenges and successes in their journey. You believe in celebrating progress, however small, and walking alongside people on the difficult days too.

You will bring:

  • Experience of working with people in supported accommodation who are experiencing homelessness or have a history of rough sleeping.
  • Experience supporting individuals with additional needs, including substance misuse or mental health challenges.
  • The ability to maintain accurate case notes and records, with a basic level of IT literacy.
  • A compassionate, resilient and person‑centred approach to support.

As this role includes supporting people within the community, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle would be preferred.

As part of the application process, you will be asked a small number of questions relating to the essential requirements of the role. If you answer "No" to any of these questions, you may receive a regret email, as the recruitment system uses these responses to assess whether applicants meet the key criteria for the position.

We appreciate that everyone's experience is unique, and automated screening does not always tell the full story.
