You will support the Team Manager, supervise staff, oversee complex cases and ensure duties under Adult Support and Protection, Adults with Incapacity, and Self-Directed Support are met.
The role offers leadership within a multidisciplinary service across a rural and urban area, with a requirement for a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
