Must-Have Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience in Python with 5+ years building production-grade applications Strong hands-on experience in Golang with 3+ years developing scalable Back End services Strong hands-on experience in C#/.NET

with 3+ years building enterprise-grade applications Mandatory experience designing, developing, and maintaining microservices-based architectures Strong understanding of distributed systems, service-to-service communication, and fault tolerance Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating services across multiple systems Proficiency in writing clean, efficient, testable, and well-documented code

Experience with asynchronous/thread processing, messaging systems, and background workers Strong experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines Working knowledge of security best practices, authentication, and authorization Professional Experience
