Senior Microsoft Dynamics D365 CE Developer

Our Client is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer with at least 5 years proven experience developing within the MS Dynamics CRM suite.

Responsibilities:

• Lead ongoing development for the Global MS Dynamics CRM platform.
• Design and implement solutions that comply with the Client’s business processes and requirements.
• Develop, code, and test CRM application modules in accordance with the Architecture Blueprint specifications.
• Utilize JScript, Power Apps, C#, .NET Core, and SQL Server to enhance existing solutions and meet evolving business needs.
• Participate in test execution and documentation to ensure applications meet quality standards.
• Apply best practices based on Microsoft Dynamics standards and supported configuration/customizations.
• Advocate Dynamics core features and functionalities to support business decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve the Dynamics solution across all regions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of development experience in JavaScript, C#, .NET, SQL, and Power Apps (1–2 years).
• Minimum 5+ years across all Dynamics areas (CRM, Marketing, Customer Service, Portal).
• Experience aligning processes to out‑of‑box functionality.
• Proficiency in configuration/customization, testing, and debugging.
• Hands‑on experience with Visual Studio.
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
  English is the primary language.
• Experience working in a global delivery environment and within remote teams.
• Knowledge of the education sector and Dev Ops practices with solution design documentation (high/low level).
• Valid MS Dynamics CRM certifications.
• Degree in Information Systems or an equivalent field.

Location:

Milton Keynes.

Salary: circa £50,000 – £65,000.
