Deliver top‑quality products on time and efficiently, using our automated technology to pre‑plan routes and pre‑load vans. Work the road in all weather conditions and across all days of the week – evenings, weekends and weekdays – while meeting customer expectations for timely deliveries.

Contract type:
Permanent
Contract hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks)
Contracted days:
Any 5 days out of 7, 8‑hour shifts

• Shift timing: AM & PM, starting as early as 05:30, finishing as late as 12:00. Shift rota provided up to 13 weeks in advance.
• Pay structure:
  Lunar‑paid (paid every 4 weeks on a monthly schedule).
• Hourly rates:
• Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate): £12.72
• Evening Premium (from 6pm): £1.12
• Sunday Day Premium: £1.27
• Sunday Evening Premium: £2.50
• Overtime Monday to Saturday (Day Shift): £15.90
• Overtime Monday to Saturday (Evening Shift): £17.30

• No previous experience required – just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum of 6 months driving experience (12 months desirable).
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
• Over 18 to handle alcohol deliveries.
• Good communication skills (customer‑facing role).

• Fill in an online application – no CV required.
• Recruitment team will conduct an online licence check and right‑to‑work checks.
• You will be invited to a site tour, meet the team, and have a relaxed interview.
• We will run a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
• Once all checks are completed, you will be offered the role and begin your career with Ocado Logistics.
