Join the UK's premier parcel delivery company.

You will drive a lorry from our exceptional fleet of Volvo vehicles, all less than 4 years old. They're a joy to drive, and are equipped to a high specification including fridges, leather seats and many optional extras to make you comfortable.

Most of our sites run from Monday to Friday, with 45 hour working weeks and 9‑hour shifts per day which typically start at 7/8 am. Good shift planning means you often know in advance where you'll be driving, taking the stress out of your day.

• We don't micromanage our drivers. We trust them to get the job done and plan their own routes. The average number of stops in each shift is 4 to 6, so there's plenty of time to enjoy the open road, though you will still be home again at the end of every 9‑hour shift.
• You will ensure cages, pallets, freight, stillages and yokes reach customers on time. At some sites the goods will be loaded or unloaded for you; at others you will need to do it yourself. Scanning consignments and driving pallet trucks may also be part of your duties.
• You will be responsible for inspecting your vehicle and trailer daily and completing a Defect Report if necessary.

• Class 1 driving licence.
• Driver CPC qualification card.
