Transport Operator - Milton Keynes - Up to £34,000

Our client, a recognized transport company, is looking for an experienced Transport Planner to join their team in Milton Keynes.

4 on, 4 off - Days.

Salary:
Up to £34,000.

• Plan routes for company-owned vehicles across the UK in a cost-effective manner.
• Ensure planning complies with WTD regulations and driver hour limits.
• Keep all customers updated on route and delivery status.
• Complete all required administrative tasks related to planning and operations.
• Collaborate with the Manager to maintain vehicle compliance with company standards.
• Execute general administration duties such as costing, agreeing contractor charge rates, and handling queries in line with company requirements.

• Extensive transport route planning experience for a UK-based transport company.
• General haulage experience required.
• Excellent geographical knowledge of the UK.
• Strong communication skills.
