About The Team You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Sortation Supervisor Milton Keynes Night Shift - Wednesday to Saturday
1. Task Allocation & Personnel Scheduling:
Develop sorting plans based on cargo volume and efficiency targets. Allocate tasks to team members and coordinate equipment usage to ensure timely and orderly sorting and dispatch operations.
2. Process Oversight & Optimisation:
Supervise sorting operations to ensure adherence to operational standards. Address deviations promptly and analyse operational bottlenecks to optimise sorting routes and methods, enhancing process standardisation and efficiency.
3. Exception Handling & Quality Assurance:
Address anomalies such as damaged goods and sorting errors, providing timely feedback and solutions. Conduct random quality checks to ensure accuracy and minimise error rates.
4. Team Leadership & Development:
Oversee daily sorting team operations, organizing skills and safety training to enhance proficiency and awareness. Foster a positive team environment to boost cohesion and execution capabilities.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination:
Collaborate with loading/unloading, transportation, and other departments to ensure seamless logistics flow. Facilitate timely communication and joint problem-solving to optimise interlink efficiencies across the logistics chain.
