- A10 is seeking a TAP Driver Trainer to deliver driver training for Transportation Associate Programme (TAP) and In House Shunting (IHS) across the UK. The role combines practical and classroom delivery to support safe, proficient Shunter drivers in yars and yards.
The role involves onboarding, coaching and maintaining training records, while liaising with safety, operations and project teams. Occasional UK travel is required to support regional training needs.
