Warehouse Operative Warehouse Manager; Training

Position: Warehouse Operative – No.2 to Warehouse Manager (Training)
Industrious Recruitment are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join a growing distribution business within the Milton Keynes area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career, with clear progression to No.2 to the Warehouse Manager once established in the role.

The successful candidate will start in a hands-on warehouse position, learning all aspects of the operation, with the opportunity to take on additional responsibility, leadership role once trained.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Temp to Permanent
Overtime:
Required when business demands

Key Responsibilities

* Picking, packing, and dispatching accurately and efficiently

* Receiving, checking, and booking in stock deliveries

* Supporting the Warehouse Manager with daily operations as experience grows

* Assisting with staff coordination, workflow planning, and task allocation

* Helping to meet deadlines during busy periods and overtime shifts

Skills & Experience Required

* Previous warehouse experience preferred

* Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills

* Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties

* Willingness to learn, develop, and take on responsibility

* Reliable, punctual, and flexible with overtime when required

* Good communication skills and a positive team attitude
