Are you reliable, organised, and ready for a hands‑on role? My client in Aylesbury is seeking a proactive Warehouse Operative to join their small, supportive team and help ensure the warehouse operates efficiently.
Position Details- Location:
Aylesbury - Contract:
Permanent - Hours:
Monday - Thursday 9am - 5:30pm, Friday 9am - 5pm (37 hours per week) - Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 per annum (depending on experience)

- Goods Inwards:
Receiving and inspecting deliveries, checking for accuracy and damage, and storing items correctly. - Goods Outwards:
Picking and packing customer orders with precision, ensuring they meet deadlines and specifications. - Stock Control:
Conducting regular stock takes and managing quarantine stock materials, addressing any discrepancies. - Manual Handling:
Re-palletising containers (up to 25kg) and moving stock as needed. - Equipment Operation:
Using warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet trucks safely and efficiently. Training will be provided. - Safety Compliance:
Following health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. - Warehouse Maintenance:
Keeping the workspace clean and organised to optimise efficiency.
- Experience in a warehouse environment with racking system is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Team player, with the ability to work independently
- Forklift truck driving (training will be provided)
