Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process carrier payables efficiently

• Perform daily and weekly summary billing tasks

• Review all shipment data for completeness

• Complete cash applications across multiple accounts

• Work with teams to address billing discrepancies

Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience in accounts payable/receivable

• Intermediate skills in Excel required

• Familiarity with GAAP principles necessary

• Experience with finance software;
Sage/Accpac is an asset

• Solid understanding of cash application processes
