Manager, Indigenous Services Accounting

MNP seeks a passionate Manager to lead its Indigenous Ease Services team. In this role, you'll work with Indigenous peoples to build their financial acumen and organizational strength. Responsibilities include offering insights on accounting processes, aiding audit preparedness, and mentoring team members to achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to boost their financial capabilities

• Craft guides and provide training for daily accounting tasks

• Organize resources for audit readiness and compliance

• Share insights with funders for effective progress tracking

• Evaluate and enhance existing financial policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Business administration or accounting background

• CPA or CAFM preferred for added expertise

• Minimum five years of relevant experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience with accounting tools like Sage Intact preferred
