Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and maintain compliance

• Reconcile deposits from student portal transactions

• Assist in preparing deposit slips and journal entries

Requirements:

• Two-year Business Administration certification

• 1-3 years of accounts payable experience

• Proficient in Excel, Adobe Pro, Google Drive

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Must be bilingual in English and French
