Bilingual Accounts Receivable Specialist (French)

Location:

On-site
Pay: $36–$40/hour

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Additional Skills  Responsibilities   Manage customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
Resolve payment issues and negotiate payment solutions.
Maintain accurate account records and collection notes.
Collaborate with internal teams to reduce overdue balances.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
Requirements   Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
1+ year of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or customer service preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
