Compensation: $55,000 – 65,000
The Role
PBS Systems is looking for a highly organized, self‑motivated, and enthusiastic individual to join the Administration team as a Corporate Travel Administrator. The position is based in the Milton office and is not a remote or hybrid opportunity. The role reports to the Team Lead, Corporate Travel and requires superb time‑management and organization skills.
Job Responsibilities
Research and compare available travel and hotel accommodations to identify the best option for each travel need (flights, hotels, car rental, etc.).
Make all arrangements and reservations when travel arrangements are within approved reasons and budget limits.
Prepare travel itineraries and distribute travel arrangements and schedules to all appropriate employees.
Advise travelers on and assist with any need for specialized travel documents (e.g., prepare USA border‑crossing documents).
Prepare and submit per diem requests for all travel.
Be on call for travel emergencies after hours.
Act as travel backup for the Executive Assistant.
Perform office administration tasks as needed (e.g., back‑up for the Administrative Assistant).
Qualifications
3+ years of experience booking travel.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong working knowledge of the travel industry.
Excellent decision‑making skills with the ability to assess multiple options and identify the best choice to serve a specified goal.
Willingness and ability to keep up to date with evolving technology and travel regulations.
Ability to keep personal information about employees and others confidential.
High school diploma required; some higher education preferred.
