Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary customer contact for service inquiries
• Provide accurate repairs and service estimates
• Promote parts and labor effectively among service customers
• Manage open repair orders and vehicle progress
• Ensure proactive communication regarding service updates
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of sales or customer service experience desired
• Require a valid Ontario driver's license and clean abstract
• Availability for two evenings a week and alternate Saturdays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential
• Ability to maintain a positive, collaborative team environment
