Summary of Role

Reporting to Costing & Pricing Manager, the Costing & Pricing Coordinator provides a high level of support to internal and external partners. Entry level position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Pricing Adjustment requests (PAF’s) on a regular basis.
  • Manage pricing notifications – Monthly Custom Price forms and price change notifications.
  • Create or maintain Custom Pricing Forms and Order Forms on a monthly or as-needed basis (e.g., CHFA, PAF updates).
  • Complete Listing & New Item forms for retailers (forms & portal work).
  • Complete custom promotional file requests.
  • Customize Prebooks (Cost + Fixed Price Customers).
  • Maintain retailer user settings in ERP including Brand/Item Blocks (Amazon & Custom).
  • General pricing assistance ad hoc by Sales requests, ongoing collaboration with the Sales team, including answering costing and pricing related inquiries.
  • New brand ‘Pricing department’ tasks.
  • Ensure customer specific pricing is loaded into ERP system in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members on Yearly ‘Rollover’ assignment.
  • Run/refresh various reports & queries.
  • Other duties/projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual in French and English, an asset.
  • College Certificate or Diploma.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail required.
  • Strong communication, organizational & problem-solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Flexibility and solution orientation for changing timelines and actions.
  • Written and verbal communications are important to the role.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel, and solid skills in other Microsoft Office applications.
