Assistant Project Manager in Construction

In this leadership role, you will report to the Construction Manager and manage various aspects of construction projects including cost tracking, schedule updates, and team coordination. Your problem-solving abilities and construction knowledge are crucial for supporting preconstruction activities and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Project Manager with tender package preparations
• Review shop drawings and manage approvals
• Track budgets and updates on master schedules
• Facilitate communication between subcontractors and clients
• Support warranty resolution during post-construction
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in managing large-scale projects
• Competent in construction safety and quality control
• Strong analytical and multitasking capabilities
• Familiar with project management software
Drive construction project success through effective management and collaboration.
