Join a leading team in Milton, ON as a Site Supervisor overseeing low-rise residential projects. Ensure standards are met while facilitating coordination among diverse trades.
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a minimum of seven years in low-rise residential construction. You will be responsible for supervising daily site activity and handling logistics for subtrades and deliveries. Your attention to detail will ensure project compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily construction activities and site progress
• Coordinate efficiently with subtrades and deliveries
• Monitor workmanship quality on site
• Ensure adherence to project safety standards
• Communicate effectively with internal construction teams
Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in low-rise residential construction
• Familiarity with supervising townhome or similar projects
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Understanding of Ontario Building Codes
• Reliable management of independent tasks
