Position: Construction Project Coordinator Role

Your role will involve supporting project managers in every phase of construction project delivery. This includes maintaining schedules, tracking expenditures, and preparing essential documentation for efficient operations. Your efforts will aid in maintaining high-quality standards and resolving project-related issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with project execution according to timelines

• Develop project schedules and keep them updated

• Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders

• Maintain all project documentation accurately

• Track and report on project budgets consistently

Requirements:

• Certificate in construction-related program or experience

• 1-3 years of relevant project coordination experience

• Proficiency in Yardi, MS Project, and AutoCAD

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities

• Knowledge of Ontario Health & Safety Act
