Enhance customer experiences with Halton Hills Hydro Inc. as an Acton Customer Service Coordinator. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining community-focused customer interactions.
In this role, you report to the Customer Care Manager and take charge of customer service tasks including inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions. You'll manage collections and organize vital work orders while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address incoming customer inquiries across various platforms
• Coordinate collections and correspondence for all accounts
• Organize work orders for efficient billing
• Plan and monitor 4,000 budget customers' accounts
• Process bankruptcies and oversee payments to final accounts
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 education
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to work with minimal supervision under pressure
