Uline is looking for a detail-oriented professional to oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts. In this role, you will identify solutions for overdue payments while ensuring prioritization of customer satisfaction. Your collaboration with internal teams will help reduce bad debt and improve overall customer experience in a stable work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee assigned customer accounts and build relationships
• Solve past-due payment issues collaboratively
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Partner with teams to minimize debt aging
• Propose process enhancements for customer experience
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s preferred
• At least 1 year in customer service or collections
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent communication with solution-oriented approach
• Strong commitment to customer service excellence
