The Town of Milton is seeking a dedicated individual to oversee operations at the First Ontario Arts Centre. Reporting to the Supervisor of Cultural Services, you will coordinate events, manage staff, and ensure high customer satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership and expertise in client services and facility bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Request-to-Book process and client communications
• Manage ticketing administration and front-of-house needs
• Prepare event estimates and track onsite changes
• Ensure accurate documentation and client service delivery
• Supervise staff and volunteers for successful events
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in Business/Arts Administration
• Three years of experience in client services and ticketing
• Strong supervisory experience in cultural settings
• Background in theatre operations and hospitality
• Effective communication skills for client engagement
