Leggat Team Honda of Milton is looking for a Service Advisor! As a Service Advisor, you will assist customers through the service process, including informing them of the status of repairs and handling any concerns. The successful candidate will have dealership experience, great customer service skills, and will possess computer proficiency. Ability to work Saturdays is required.
Compensation:
Base pay plus bonus structure $65,000-$85,000 per year.

Job Duties- Greet each customer in a prompt, courteous manner
- Communicate with service customers to determine the nature of the mechanical problems, and time required.
- Follow up progress of each repair order during the day, contact customers by telephone or text message regarding changes in the estimate or time promised
- Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments and return phone messages promptly
- Review work performed with customers
- Interpret warranty information and policies to customers
- Stay up to date on technical and performance information on all vehicles serviced by the dealership
- Assist the service manager as necessary
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Computer proficient
- Strong work ethic and team player
- Flexible to work retail business hours including Saturdays
- Professional, dependable, reliable and a commitment to provide excellent customer service
- A valid driver’s license
- Experience with PBS or similar industry software is considered an asset.
