In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service while processing financial transactions, such as deposits and withdrawals. Utilize your understanding of banking solutions to assess customer needs and improve their experiences. You will ensure all tasks are conducted accurately and efficiently while achieving business goals through product promotion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process financial transactions, including deposits and bill payments
• Recommend banking solutions based on customer assessments
• Resolve customer concerns using standard procedures
• Promote banking products to achieve business goals
• Build rapport by explaining solutions clearly
Requirements:
• High school diploma and at least 1 year of experience
• Preferably possess an undergraduate degree or equivalent
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet usage
• Excellent communication skills with diverse customers
