Become a Holiday Customer Service Representative at LCBO, making memorable shopping experiences this season in Waterloo, Ontario. You will support customers promptly and engagingly while showcasing our range of products.
This position runs from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will undergo paid online training to master customer service skills, including using the POS system. Your efforts will enhance customer interactions and contribute to initiatives like our Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve customers using the POS system efficiently
• Ask for donations for the Spirit of Sustainability
• Participate in customer and postal code surveys
• Receive and replenish stock, ensuring store order
• Lift cases up to 40 lbs. repeatedly during shifts
Requirements:
• Must be legally allowed to work in Canada
• At least 18 years old
• Bilingual English and French is a bonus
• Available for holiday shifts on key dates
• Comfortable working on-site with customers
