Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule service and warranty repairs efficiently

• Look up parts in electronic catalogs and books

• Handle customer inquiries regarding repairs

• Communicate updates to customers throughout repairs

• Process warranty claims in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Knowledge of recreational motorsports and marine equipment

• Mechanically inclined with strong organizational skills

• Reliable and flexible with work hours

• Bilingual in French and English is an asset

• Valid driver's license and excellent communication skills
