Support Uline’s customers in Milton, ON, with fluent French and English communication across phone, email, chat, and online ordering.
This full-time Customer Service Representative position serves customers through product guidance and account support. You will become a product and solutions expert while answering pricing and shipping questions. Uline provides training for eager learners, and prior customer service experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer product, pricing, and shipping questions confidently
- Process orders and make product recommendations
- Understand needs and recommend Uline’s best solutions
- Build business relationships across communication channels
- Guide customers through website and online ordering
- Fluent English and French, written and verbal
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn; training is provided
