Position: Creative Supply Teacher for Grades 1-8

This in-person teaching position involves facilitating classes in a variety of subjects within a private school environment. You will adapt lessons to meet varying needs, promote effective communication, and support a diverse classroom culture. Your experience and creativity will be key to enriching the educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging classroom lessons created by the homeroom teacher

• Facilitate communication among students, parents, and staff

• Cultivate a supportive and inclusive community of learners

• Implement personalized and innovative teaching strategies

• Apply critical thinking in lesson execution and program planning

Requirements:

• Ontario Teacher Certification (OCT) for Primary/Junior division

• Relevant teaching experience with grades K-8

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask and manage classroom dynamics

• Vulnerable sector screening is mandatory before hire
