Harris seeks a Training Courseware Developer focused on delivering high-quality technical courseware in the defense technology sector. This position requires collaboration with instructors and Subject Matter Experts to establish transparent content objectives while developing eLearning and classroom materials. You will utilize a range of graphic design and editing software to enhance training content and ensure alignment with product design.

• Develop and maintain training course materials for Wescam products
• Create engaging eLearning content for product updates
• Edit and format training videos in various formats
  
  Interface with internal teams and occasionally with vendors
• Recommend technological solutions for training delivery

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience
• Proficiency in Articulate 360, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Skills in video editing and graphic design
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems
• Eligible for Canadian government security clearance
