In this leadership role, you will support the Ministry of Labour and Skills by developing high-quality Occupational Standards and Modular Curricula. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct industrial gap analyses with local industry leaders

• Develop comprehensive assessment tools and projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in technical or vocational training
• 5+ years leadership experience in vocational training
• 2 years industry experience in a leadership role
• Knowledge of technology transfer and training practices
• Proficiency in digital technologies for training
