As a key member of our team, your role will involve planning and facilitating training under various programs like GROW and Apprenticeship. Your coordination skills will ensure success in managing courses, instructors, and the training process, contributing to meaningful workforce outcomes. Collaborate closely with employers and participants to identify the best training solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and evaluate training delivery across formats
• Recommend instructors and learning resources for programs
• Manage training logistics, schedules, and participant communications
• Track budgets and maintain accurate training records
• Communicate with stakeholders and ensure quality standards
Requirements:
• Experience in workforce training coordination or adult education
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Knowledge of the landscape and horticulture sector is a bonus
• Proficiency in various digital platforms and tools
• Valid Ontario driver's license for travel to training sites
