Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and oversee both in-person and virtual training
• Develop and revise training curriculum relevant to industry needs
• Manage training schedules, registrations, and participant feedback
• Track and report on budgets and training expenses
• Organize learning resources and support logistics for sessions
Requirements:
• Experience with adult education or workforce training coordination
• Familiarity with the landscape horticulture industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in project management tools
• Valid Ontario driver’s license for occasional site visits
