Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule onboarding for temporary and direct hires

• Conduct training for new associates every day

• Record training sessions and progress documentation

• Provide continuous coaching to reinforce learning

• Maintain training supplies and readiness of rooms

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months experience in distribution

• High school degree or equivalent preferred

• Proven training and problem-solving skills

• Inventory management or WMS experience beneficial

• Instructional skills and performance standards knowledge
