Innovate in automotive manufacturing as a dedicated Engineer. Drive process enhancements and project management initiatives while collaborating with teams to ensure safety and efficiency in manufacturing operations.

You'll be responsible for managing key engineering projects in a lean manufacturing environment.

Your role includes conducting efficiency studies and overseeing the design and approval of tooling, all while collaborating with various departments to enhance production processes. Additionally, you'll be active in resolving quality issues and coordinating engineering changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering projects from initiation to completion

• Conduct studies to improve manpower efficiency

• Collaborate to enhance safety and productivity

• Manage tooling design and related budgets

• Keep plant layout documentation up-to-date

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering

• 3+ years experience in a lean manufacturing setting

• Strong knowledge of GD&T and CAD proficiency

• Proven project management experience

• Flexibility to travel and work overtime as needed
