Electrical Engineering Specialist at Eaton

Eaton is seeking an Electrical Engineering Specialist for our Custom Order team in Milton, ON. Leverage your engineering knowledge to provide product design support and customer service excellence.

This role is critical for supporting Eaton’s largest manufacturing plant by generating detailed engineering drawings, ensuring design compliance, and managing various product orders. You will collaborate with teams across Marketing, Sales, and Manufacturing to provide timely support for custom orders, ensuring that projects align with customer needs and internal capacities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and modify engineering drawings and wiring diagrams

• Update bills of material reflecting customer changes

• Coordinate project timelines with capacity planning tools

• Manage the Custom Order process for ETO and CTO products

• Supervise customer design approval meetings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar discipline

• At least 3 years of engineering experience

• Proficient in Canadian Electrical Code

• Eligible to work in Canada independently

• Experience with AutoCAD Electrical or equivalent tools
