Milling Division Maintenance Manager

Lead maintenance efforts at Parrish & Heimbecker's Milling division in Acton, Ontario, ensuring efficient plant operations with a focus on safety and quality.
As a Maintenance Manager, you will direct maintenance strategies while fostering a team-oriented environment and maintaining open lines of communication with production and quality assurance teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and mentor the maintenance team
• Oversee the Preventive Maintenance system
• Communicate effectively with Production, QA, OH&S
• Manage installation and repairs of plant equipment
• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or comparable field
• Leadership experience with a maintenance team
• Familiarity with CMMS software
• Ability to read technical schematics
• Strong analytical and planning abilities
