Key Responsibilities:
• Review job logs and resolve any lifecycle issues
• Manage customer communications and work tracking
• Conduct weekly project update meetings
• Submit reports and manage permit applications
• Ensure preparation of complete job packages for field staff
Requirements:
• 1-3+ years supporting telecommunications or construction contracts
• Experience in utility coordination or related projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and project tracking tools
• Knowledge of Ontario's telecommunications practices
• Ability to analyze data and solve problems effectively
