In this fixed-term position lasting five months, leverage your 1-3 years of relevant experience to assist in implementing effective project plans. Your duties will include reviewing job logs, updating work statuses in tracking systems, and facilitating communication between management and clients through regular calls. Key Responsibilities:
• Follow up on missing items in job logs
• Track customer work through database management
• Conduct regular project update meetings
• Submit necessary reports and permit applications
• Ensure thorough job packages for field personnel
Requirements:
• 1-3+ years supporting telecommunications or construction projects
• Experience in utility coordination is preferred
• Knowledge of Ontario’s One Call procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
