Take on the role of Electrical Tester at Eaton's Milton facility, focusing on electrical inspections and functional testing. This position supports high-quality custom projects in an inclusive work environment.

As an Electrical Tester for the afternoon shift, you will perform comprehensive inspections and testing of electrical components, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards. Your contributions to quality processes will enhance operational effectiveness and product reliability at Eaton.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and test electrical assemblies before shipment

• Document testing activities and communicate findings

• Work from schematics and specifications to guide inspection

• Collaborate with the manufacturing team on quality issues

• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in electrical discipline

• 3+ years of experience with CSA & UL standards

• Legally eligible to work in Canada

• Must live within 60 km of Milton, ON

• Lean tools experience is advantageous
