Elevate your career as a CNC Programmer with deep Mastercam skills. This role focuses on crafting CNC processes with precision for efficient machining in a high-tech environment.
As a CNC Programmer, you will report to the Engineering Manager and leverage over ten years of hands-on milling machine experience. Your expertise in navigating machining processes will ensure the production of high-quality components while collaborating on continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review customer drawings and develop detailed process plans
• Create solid models and toolpaths with Mastercam
• Utilize Vericut or NC Simulator for toolpath verification
• Analyze CMM inspection reports to enhance quality compliance
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports
Requirements:
• High School Diploma; technical certificate appreciated
• 10+ years of milling machine experience
• 5+ years proficient in CNC programming and Mastercam
• Working knowledge of Vericut or NS Simulator
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
