In this critical role, you will manage plant operations, drive Lean Manufacturing, and enhance equipment reliability. With over 7 years in engineering and 5 years in project management within manufacturing, you will lead initiatives that improve productivity and safety. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee plant building infrastructure and utilities management
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Develop maintenance strategies for facility systems
• Lead capital projects from planning to execution
• Facilitate Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Mechanical or related engineering field
• 7+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing
• 5+ years in project management within a plant environment
• Experience in Lean and CI programs implementation
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
