We are seeking an engineering expert with 5–8 years of experience to lead comprehensive engineering projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with various teams to optimize manufacturing efficiency and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Cap Ex and process improvement projects
• Develop project schedules, resource plans, and technical docs
• Design automation solutions and equipment layouts
• Monitor progress and manage stakeholders throughout projects
• Support operations teams with technical solutions
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• 5–8 years of experience in project engineering
• Proficient with CIM systems and ERP software
• Extensive knowledge of safety regulations and standards
• Strong communication and leadership skills
