Our client is sourcing Senior Financial Analyst for a 6-9-month contract.

About the Opportunity
Financial Planning & Analysis:
Lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning processes       Prepare variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast/prior year)       Develop financial models to support business initiatives       Analyze revenue, margin, and cost trends
Business Partnering:
Partner with department leaders to understand drivers of performance       Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability       Support pricing analysis, investment decisions, and cost optimization initiatives       Translate financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders
Reporting & Controls:
Prepare monthly management reporting packages       Support month-end close activities in collaboration with Accounting       Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial systems       Improve reporting automation and dashboard development
Process Improvement & Ad Hoc Analysis
Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes       Support system implementations and enhancements       Perform ad hoc financial analysis as requested by leadership
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field       CPA designation (completed or in progress) preferred       4–7 years of progressive finance/FP&A experience       Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling required)       

Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)       Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
