As a Credit Supervisor, your responsibility includes managing Credit Analysts, ensuring exceptional service through training and onboarding. You will monitor team interactions, collaborate with Collections and Sales to resolve account issues, and perform financial analysis to guide pivotal business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage team development through training and onboarding
• Monitor customer interactions and provide performance coaching
• Collaborate with Sales and Collections to resolve issues
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis for business decisions
• Oversee special projects within the Credit team
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 3+ years in a Credit or Collections leadership role
• Call-centre or B2B experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills
