Drive credit management excellence with Core-Mark as a Credit Supervisor. You'll oversee customer accounts and lead a dedicated team while ensuring effective financial practices across the organization.
As the Credit Supervisor, you will be essential in managing customer portfolios and leading both credit and collections efforts. The role involves investigating credit applications, managing account limitations, and collaborating with outside agencies for collections. Building lasting relationships with customers while enhancing the integrity of credit systems is a key focus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and verify credit applicants' financial status
• Manage customer accounts and set credit limits
• Review collection reports for policy effectiveness
• Communicate account status to customers
• Monitor department performance metrics for improvement
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least five years of credit management experience
• Familiarity with AS400/SAP software preferred
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and negotiation skills
